Whether water-based coatings are perfect compared with solvent-based coatings is a question we should view impartially.
In fact, we should focus more on the contributions of water-based coatings. The use of highly eco-friendly water-based coatings today benefits the country, the people, and future generations.
Naturally, it is also of great importance to discuss how manufacturers can build coating production lines to meet the construction and drying requirements of water-based coatings and achieve mass production.
Below are two drying methods for your reference.

润立水性漆
1.UV Drying
Water-based paint contains a small amount of photosensitizer. Based on the principle that photosensitizers absorb ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength, the film-forming substances undergo a polymerization reaction to cure the paint film. UV curing drying offers the advantages of fast drying speed and full paint film.
2.Infrared Drying
Infrared drying features fast drying speed, rapid temperature rise, and a full paint film. However, due to temperature differences, this method is not suitable for thick coatings. Meanwhile, infrared drying has a drawback in that it cannot be used for drying flat objects evenly.
Relying on its business philosophy of 'Integrity-based, Quality-driven, Customer-oriented', Runli New Material is a modern group company integrating coating production, R&D, sales and service. It is listed on the Shanghai Equity Exchange and has become a listed coating enterprise in Guangdong. Runli Group owns four major brands: Runli Intelligent Paint, Qiba Paint, Rundian Waterborne Paint and Color Digital Paint. For more questions about water-based paint, please feel free to contact us.
